Your company was the only one who answered the phone at 7 p.m! Your salesman, James, came out within the hour and made recommendations to secure my home. My alarm system was useless. By 9:00 p.m., your foreman arrived with the four new doors I selected from your "Rapid Response" inventory. Even though it took him until 1:30 a.m. to complete the installation, I was extremely satisfied with his work.
